What a run, a junior season to remember. Kwyn set school records in both the 100 and 200 and ran as the anchor of the record setting 4x100 meter relay team. Kwyn capped her season with an 8th place finish in the 100 meter dash at the state championships. Her final time of 12.57 seconds matched her prelim time from a day earlier in which set the school record. Congratulations.

Kwyn narrowly missed qualifying for the 200 meter final with a time of 25.75 seconds (9th place) as the top 8 advance. Although just short (0.06 seconds) of advancing to the final, Kwyn did break her own record with today's time. Congratulations, Kwyn.

Kwyn Hamlin has qualified for tomorrow's 100 meter final. Along with qualifying, Kwyn broke the school record (her own) in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.57 seconds. Congratulations, Kwyn.

We would like to congratulate and thank Corbin Blessing, Carlee Smith, Jathan Fuller, and Ailea Hayes for their hard work and dedication to sportsmanship. Due to their behavior, positive role modeling, and outstanding display of sportsmanship through their participation in interscholastic activities, they've been selected as the recipients of the MSHSAA Award of Excellence. Be proud of this distinction, and continue your efforts to be a positive role model in your community.

Kwyn, congratulations on making it to the Class 2 Track and Field state championships. You've had an outstanding run thus far, good luck this afternoon. Kwyn will run in the 100 meter prelims at 12:20 and in the 200 meter prelims at 4:50 with the hope of advancing to the finals.

Congratulations to Vince Dale, Payton Frederick, Tayte Richmond, and Logan Buford for making the Lewis & Clark All Conference Baseball Teams.

Tonight's district baseball games have been postponed. As a result, the semifinal games have been rescheduled to tomorrow night, game times remain unchanged. At this point, the district championship game remains scheduled for Wednesday night. The change in schedule, necessitated by today's forecast, is undoubtedly going to create conflicts for some, we are aware. With the projected forecast and a short window for game play, Schuyler County has limited options. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for understanding.
